- Reservations are not accepted for single days, single hours or for non-consecutive periods of less than 30 calendar days.
- The schedules are set according to the students’ needs and time availability. The timetable will be agreed with the teacher at the time of booking. Once established and agreed by both parties, these will be final.
Pre-reservation of schedules
- Pre-reservation of schedules is not allowed.
Right of admission
- Admission fees are based on the order in which applications are received, i.e. the first to arrive is the first to be granted the right of admission.
- We reserve the right of admission.
Level exam
- A placement test will be given to all students in order to carry out a programme adapted to their needs and their real level. The exam can be a grammar and conversation test or a level test according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages. The teacher will inform the student of his/her current level before scheduling and starting classes.
Punctuality
- Punctuality to the students’ lessons is required. If the student is late, the teacher will end the lesson at the scheduled time and will not make up for lost time thus creating an awareness of respect for the teacher's work and the schedule of the students who follow. There will be no refund for lack of punctuality.
Method of payment
- All lessons are always paid in advance and without any delay on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis, as agreed in each case. Students must pay for all their tuition, according to the agreed period, before the beginning of the classes corresponding to the same period.
Class material
- The basic material for the classes will be provided by the teacher and is included in the price. In some cases, it will be compulsory for students to purchase the study material recommended by the teacher.
Cancellations of reserved schedules
- In the event that a student does not pay for all of his or her classes, the teacher reserves the right to cancel all of his or her classes. In addition, your place and contracted schedule will be assigned to another student without prior notice. She also reserves the right to remind students, when it is necessary, to pay for their lessons by telephone, e-mail, SMS or other electronic means.
Rescheduling classes
- Students have the right to reschedule his/her lessons as long as he/she makes a request via email 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of a lesson and if there is availability for rescheduling. This right will only be possible if the reason for change is due to major causes, otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the change.
Expiry of classes
- The reserved timetable must be respected at all times. Classes that have not been given can be made up during the next 30 calendar days of your booking. After this period, lessons will expire and may not be recovered or reimbursed under any circumstances, except for major causes.
Cancellation of classes by the student
- To request cancellation of classes, the student must notify a minimum of 2 weeks or 15 calendar days before the last lesson.
Group lessons
- Group lessons may only be for 2 or 3 students. Students must have the same level of language proficiency for group classes in order to be effective. For this reason, students will be given a previous examination or test.
