Within the economic activity of any country, the participation of the financial system plays an important role for its economic growth.
Generally, a country's financial system is composed of the banking system and non-banking financial institutions. Within the system there are also other institutions such as insurance companies, mutual and pension funds, savings and loan associations, savings banks and money market funds.
This course is aimed at business students and people working in finance, who have at least an intermediate or high-intermediate level of English (B1-B2). The course covers key areas of finance, such as planning, strategies, financial policies, language of financial sector meetings, presentation of financial data, etc.

This course is intended for A2-B1 and B2 students who wish to work in trade. It deals with topics such as travel, sales, cultural awareness, fairs, advertising, market research, marketing, leadership, shopping and sales, entrepreneurship, office life, etc.

English for Costumer Service
This course is intended for intermediate and advanced students (B1, B2 and C1 levels) who need to communicate effectively with their clients in English, either in person, by phone or in writing.
It is intended to emphasize specific factors of the oral language: voice quality, accent, tone and intonation, pronunciation and fluency, language use and speaking time. The course also provides elements of nonverbal communication (body language). All of this influences the impression we can give to other people.
